Temerity Jewelry is powered by Shopify, which securely processes payments using PayPal. 


Residents of New York State will be charged 8.875% sales tax on their orders. 


Each piece is made in and shipped from our Brooklyn studio.  In most cases, we'll ship your order within five business days.  Our stock levels are reflected in the shop- in the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately.  If you need a rush order, or have any other questions, feel free to contact us anytime at 

All domestic orders are sent USPS Priority Mail and usually arrive 3-4 days after they have been shipped.  International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International and usually arrive within 6-10 business days after shipping.  Temerity Jewelry will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.  


We want to ensure that you're totally thrilled with your new jewelry.  If for any reason that is not the case, please contact us at within five days of receipt.  Please include your name, invoice number, and item(s).  We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.
